ViewDoppler Flow SwitchFlow switches are particularly useful for pump protection or to activate flow or no-flow alarms. The DFS 5.1 Doppler Flow Switch is designed to give basic process control for pipe flow measurement, recommended for difficult liquids including wastewater, cooling water, slurries, sludge, chemicals, viscous liquids, and abrasives that would usually damage contacting Doppler flow switches. The non-contacting ultrasonic sensor mounts to the outside of metal or plastic pipes, without the need to cut the pipe or shut down the flow of your process, increasing your efficiency and ultimate profitability. With no maintenance required for the Doppler flow switch, it works on any pipe diameter 12.5 mm (0.5 in) or larger and installs in just minutes.The relays in the DFS 5.1 can be set to turn ON and OFF at any flow rate between 0.075 m/s to 3 m/s (0.25 ft/s and 9.8 ft/s) in addition, the end-user could inset two links for separate ON/OFF set points or just one link for a high or low flow alarm. -

F014 – with pulse output
ViewThe F014 is a local flow rate indicator / totalizer which displays the actual flow rate, total and accumulated total. A scaled pulse, related to the accumulated total is generated for re-transmitting the count on the display. Total can be reset to zero by pressing the CLEAR button twice. The accumulated total can register up to 11 digits and is backed-up in EEPROM memory every minute, just as the running total.On-screen engineering units are easily configured from a comprehensive selection. -

It is the first F-Series with flow logging besides the various pulse and analog output signals. Even demanding applications are catered for with our base unit configuration.The display shows flow rate and totals. A current day total (daily total) and 15 historical (previous) day totals can be enabled in the setup menu to be shown at the main display. On-screen engineering units can easily be configured from a comprehensive menu. The flow/data logging is optional available and when chosen, it replaces the basic 15 historical (previous) day totals. Each log contains the flow rate, total, acc. total, time stamp and log number. The log can be downloaded as .csv file with the free software tool. -
